The Fiserv Signature User Group is a non-profit, independent organization representing over 200 financial institutions using Fiserv Signature's core processing systems.  More than 275 key management leaders from financial institutions throughout the continental US, Hawaii, Latin and South America and Canada will be attending the 2011 Signature User Group Conference and Vendor Showcase at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Orlando from March 7, 2011 through March 8, 2011.  The annual conference focuses on technology issues and business solutions in the financial services industry. 

The Vendor Showcase is limited to 50 vendors. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first serve basis.  The vendor registration fee is $1,500 for early registration ending January 31st  and $1,750 for late  registration on or after February 1st. This includes a 10' X 10' booth with a back drape and side drapes, one six foot table, two chairs, identification sign and two exhibitor passes.  Additional exhibitor representatives may register for $350 per person.  Payment must be received prior to the conference in order to reserve a booth.  Booth space will be assigned by the Signature User Group Conference committee.

Sponsorship Opportunities

There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities where you can co-sponsor an event with the Fiserv Signature User Group.  Sponsorships include an easel sign identifying each sponsor and recognition in the Conference Guide.

  • Platinum Sponsorship for $4500 which includes prime location of booth with 2 attendees in Vendor Showcase, Wednesday breakout session, color ad in conference guide, 20 minute product demo in Vendor Showcase and logo on conference website
  • Conference Bag Co-sponsor -- $3500

Wednesday Breakout Session


Vendors are always asking if they can speak at a breakout session.  Now is your chance to purchase your own session for Wednesday morning.  The sessions are 1 hour in length.  These breakout sessions are limited so they will be filled on a first come, first serve basis for a fee of $2000 per session.


Product Demonstrations

We are offering vendors the opportunity to demonstrate products within the Vendor Showcase area during breaks and at lunch in 20 minute intervals.  Presenters will be provided LCD projection to a large TV monitor, seating for 30 attendees, a table and microphone.  Presenters will provide their own laptop computers.  Product demonstrations are limited so they will be filled on a first come, first serve basis for a fee of $500 per slot.

Vendor Showcase Hours

  • Monday, March 7, 2011      9:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.  -  6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 8, 2011     8:00 a.m.  -  2:00 p.m.

Vendor Setup begins Sunday, March 6th from noon until 4 p.m. or Monday, March 7th from 8:00 a.m. until 9:15 a.m.

Vendor Services will be provided by Freeman Decorating Company.  An exhibitor packet containing descriptions and prices of Freeman's rental equipment and exhibitor services will be mailed to you.
